Shouldn’t season 2 draft order be based on how you finished in season 1?

Shouldn’t season 2 draft order be based on how you finished in season 1?

We could change it to that if everyone agrees. I could seed it by non-playoff teams (record, then run differential if needed) and then playoff teams. What does everyone think?

I was going to doing something different this time but I am ok with change. Although I believe if a couple of the teams who have the strongest rosters have top picks they may run away with the league. How about the second season be a random order ? It would insure different teams yet not give a heavy advantage to a strong team unless they get lucky.
