It's not round 16 it's just a park draft, but no, no real reason, other than I completely forgot we needed one.

I actually had a hard time making the Puig selection in the prospect draft. It may seem obvious, but there are a number of prospects out there deserving of being #1. Still, it's a nice decision to have to make. This is my reward for sucking so much in this league. In case you haven't looked at the history, my franchise is the only one to have never made a playoff appearance. Yay for me! In the end, his numbers are just too hard to resist.

On another note, anyone want to offer a number 1 pick for Jason Heyward?

Just for clarification purposes so you all don't think it's a mistake, Smiity has been awarded a bonus pick in round 2 to complete a trade he had made last year that should have included a 3rd round prospect pick last year. We never had a 3rd round (or 4th) of our draft so I've awarded him this pick as compensation.

I haven't finish filling out full rosters yet, because I'm waiting for splinter to make his last 5 picks before I do, but assuming that both D'arnaud and Colvin are on the 40 man and Heyward is as well, then Smitty needs to post a drop as this is an uneven trade and will put his team at 41 players and leave lakeviewdave at 39.
