NLD 31 - That New Site Smell

It was my assumption the clock "stops" at Midnight ET so I was definitely correct in picking. BigA must be having some issues as this is not like him.

When does the clock start in the morning? When is ArryIT's pick timed out? When can I pick?

The clock starts at 10am ET so BigA has until 1pm on his second T.L. That's when AT can theoretically pick but we know he has limited if any access during work hours.

I'm not picking on anybody, but here's another day where the draft isn't moving. Combined with how slow DD is it's a pain checking it frequently during these lapses.

I feel the energy/enthusiasm is not as good (as normal NLD's) because of the lay off, new site, time of year, etc.

I don't mind waiting for AT, but what I don't want is to have someone go ahead and pick before me as well. So, I think I will go ahead and make my pick when AT's time is up, whenever that might be (can't be any later than 4 PM ET based on the above).

I have a proxy in for my pick.

Geoff, no you shouldn't skip AT since he probably has proxies loaded, and proxies don't fire automatically. AT should not be penalized by BigA getting skipped. I hope that makes sense.

We need either BigA or AT to make a pick now to get us moving again.

I think you said what I said, but shouldn't the clock have been "off" at 10PM EDT? Clock is 10am to 10pm right? Jeep picked at 11:50PM EDT.

Jeep, why are you saying midnight? It's 10 to 10 check the first post on this thread. Is the clock set otherwise?

Please note, I'm not upset or accusing anyone of anything, I'm just trying to make sure *I* understand and what I'm hearing is different than the way I thought we played it before.

If the clock is "off" at 10pm my mistake. But the point is moot as BigA still hasn't shown up.

Yeah, probably not a big deal, but please check the clock and make sure it's set for 10-10.

I believe, technically, Big A has 30 more minutes before his clock should have run out.

As I posted, the DD clock is not 10am - 10pm, and we cannot manipulate the setting. So if it doesn't say 'clock off'', the clock ain't off.
