Fun draft so far, tough to keep up with your pace!! I'm old and decrepit so I head to bed early some nights. LOL.

LOL. Well, THA'TS a different complaint! Usually the NLD has been accused of moving too slow. But, this draft has moved pretty well so far.

gmac, no prob, You didn't miss the clock or anything.

And, of course, soon as we say somehing about moving fast, someone misses a pick. I wonder what's up with GB. I'm sure he knows he was on the clock.

Spider can pick.

Great great pitching and solid middle fielder defense are keys to the playoffs.

Now that my 2B and SS are signed, I'm hoping against the draft gods that my deep picks are available come the next turn towards me.

Joe -- you've been on the left coast too long - it's starting to show in your draft. :D

Corky

Do you get a discount when you redraft your NLD 35 team? :D

:D 8-)

Maybe so. Had to rethink a couple of things after the last few picks. We moved up to Smokey-mon.

Not sure Verlander was the right pick here, but I liked him for my rotation for the money. Wasn't sure if anyone else is goign with a 4 man rotation anyway. (outside of Semper of course)

First parks have gone. Three so far. Two in the East.

Surprised that AT took a RH park when he has four LHB so far. maybe no more LHBs for him?

Of course, the BIGGEST surprise is that AT isn't the last player to take a pitcher. That would be GB!

Assuming GB spends under $1M per player the rest the way out, there is still hope that Kershaw makes an Opening Roster.

Nice to see the disparity in "dry powder" funds - a few owners are saving the cash for a rainy day.
