We're not drafting tomorrow until 5pm, est. NO PICKS for rest of tonight and tomorrow unti Elpasopesos makes his first pick of the draft OR 5pm,est on Wednesday. I don't want to halt the draft too much for one guy. I explained at the outset how important it was to follow events here very closely. I haven't recieved any communication at all from elpasopesos since his time expired on his 1st round pick. Sknsfan has been ridiculously busy himself but he found the time to respon to my emails and then finally offered his pick. Nothing from Elpaso though. I'm not comfortable with this as I don't know exactly how long I should halt draft proceedings for a fellow member who has not communicated anything at all. I realize some of this is on me as my early stated policy of draft now or draft after all rounds are complete could have had an alienating effect. Well, sorry.

If any of you former Commissioners could give your comments on what to do next please PM or email. If you think everything being done is being done then do nothing. I really don't want to skip elpaso's 2nd round pick as well. If elpaso is no longer interested in managing his team then his replacement would inherit a poor situation if both his first two Supplemental draft picks were to be picked somewhere within the 3rd round or after. Thank you
