Thank you Pesos Mark. Kind of you to say. I'm grateful to those that have offered their suggestions and ideas. And then there's the practical end with the spreadsheet and keeping that up to date. That's where edub stepped in. I know I've steered things along here but I've received a lot of good help from you guys that enable that to happen. Although I still don't know how to manipulate the googledoc so much (resetting the divisional alignments are a bear!). It's good that we have other spreadsheets available if that need arises.

My biggest wish is that James Zimmer gives me an email address so I can send him the latest greatest roster sheet. I can keep his email a secret if that's the issue. My fear is that James will not have anything remotely up to date regarding our league rosters after this next draft especially....UNLESS he has been charting every move made all this time.

First of all, thank you for the email! I just sent you a roster sheet from edub. And no, you do not have to promote Bauer. This league is only one year old. You wouldn't know that because you joined us in the second half of 2012. And the league policy for prospects is you may keep him in prospect status, even if carded, for two years before either trading, cutting, or promoting said prospect.
