Two questions
1. Can ballpark be changed being a new owner
2. Can you have more than 3 supp picks, even though you only drop no more than 3, confused by what I read in rules.
1. As a Courtesy I do allow new owners to change parks, you can also trade parks, say you want some one else's and they want a new one, you pick the new one, then swap, for whatever price you can agree on.
* 2. Not meant to be confusing, but it is meant to be difficult to have more than 3 picks, however it is possible. You can not cut more than 3 players with one exception ( which I'll get to), and the draft will not have more than 36 players drafted. However, once you've submitted your cuts if you deal a player on your roster for someone else's supplemental pick, you would be then be allowed more than 3 picks. But that is the only way to get more than 3. Any trade that creates a draft of more than 36 players, is not allowed.
Now the exception, you are allowed to cut more than 3 players for the express purpose of promoting prospects, but it must be a one to one ratio and all promotions are made prior to the start of the supplemental draft.
* I would LOVE to get out of my park, but I'm guessing it's to similar to what would be your current park to be of much interest, but if you are interested, let me know.
