to clarify some rules from questions above;
1) you can make your first pick from either column
2) for players with cards on 2 franchises; the franchise with the higher salaried card has the rights. upon completion of the preseason and after the first game is played, if a manager chooses not to use the player with the higher salaried card the team that has his other card may pickup the player and use ANY of his cards. example; if the Cards choose not to use Keith Hernandez, the Mets may now pick him up and use either his STL card or NY card.( THERE IS AN EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE ; AND THAT IS IF THE OTHER MANAGER TELLS YOU IN PRESEASON HE IS DEFINETLY NOT GOING TO USE A PLAYER; YOU MAY PICK HIM UP IN PRESEASON IF YOU OWN HIS SECOND CARD...GENTLEMANS AGREEMENT)
3) you may choose any stadium...it does not have to be a stadium affiliated with one of you franchises, only makes sense to use a stadium that fits your roster.
4) reminder that Milwaukee Braves and Atlanta are one franchise; while the Brewers are a totally different franchise.
5) also I believe that the Washington Senators and Texas are lumped together....and there are 3 worthy players who are both ON the Twins and Washington (D Knowles, Frank Howard AND I JUST CANT THINK OF THE OTHER RIGHT NOW); WE RULED IN THE PAST THEY ARE PROPERTY OF TEXAS/WASHINGTON...thus Frank Howard belongs to the Rangers.
