No issue with any time slots. 2 hours works for me

I dont like the unleashed cards so I would vote to not play unleashed.

Obviously no time-limit for Round 1, but beyond that what is the consensus. I am used to two-hour slots, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time, seven-days a week for the subsequent rounds, but I have less experience than many of you playing keeper leagues so feel free to advocate for an alternate format.

I a good with the 2 hour time limit, but it is most common that the clock is off on the weekend.

As currently written in the rules:

"This league will use the standard Stratomatic injury system and the standard player cardset (no "unleashed" cards)."

Here are my proposed "resolutions" to resolve all outstanding concerns and get us underway.

(a) we play standard cards, no unleashed, as the rules currently read
(b) we edit rules to remove percentage restrictions on roster compostion (hitters vs pitchers)
(c) we stick with 29-round initial free-agent draft due to late start
(d) no time limit for 1st round of draft, two-hour time limit for all other rounds, 10am to 10pm EDT, Monday thru Friday

Can we accept these by acclamation, or are there any votes to the contrary?

Looks fine with me.

Only question I have is to be a limit on numbe4 or non-carded players, since need 25-26 to start team, perhaps limit to 2 for initial draft?

If memory serves, the rules currently state that a player must have enough carded players to meet the Strato 365 roster requirement, but I am not opposed to a hard cap of two uncarded players in the initial draft.

My personal preference is that we dont allow uncarded players to be drafted for a variety of reasons. But If we are going to allow them I like LakeViewDave's suggestion of max 2/team.

No issue with the other rules posted
