When can we expect updated rosters?

I have a number of players available from which I would like to move a couple.

As always, I am most interested in acquiring draft picks or simply moving up in the draft by swapping picks. I'm not looking for SPs.

Sometimes, I will agree to acquiring a player; the younger the better. I almost never agree to deals where I lose roster space.

Some of my fringe players who are older or had career years can be had very cheaply.

Looking for a clarification though, I read through the rules and while it says only carded players are eligible for the draft no mention is made of Unleashed or of which set we use?

so...

1. do we use unleashed or regular
2. if we only use regular are unleashed still available in the draft, just not usable as technically they do have a card on the site.

I assume you want cuts in before the 5th but do you have a date in mind for cuts to be due to allow time for you to edit the roster?
