Thanks Big A. Yeah, it's a little work figuring out your lineups, but I do a lot of the work during the draft tracking who has drafted who so it's not so bad. As for your team, a Defense dependent rating (like yours) can be hit and miss, the timing of the D's impact is critical. As you can see Semper's similarly D dependent team. At least as near as I can tell. Actually, most teams that are slanted towards one thing or another team to be hit and miss.

As for us, at the risk of jinxing ourselves, we somehow have won 8 in a row including three against Niners without Harrison. Go figure. I can't figure this team out. Weird, but I'm happy about the turn of events (obviously).

Dang, lost 2 of 3 one runners with AT. Stupid blow save by Sanchez was a killer.

Big Series with Niners next. Not sure we can catch him down 4 with 12 to play. Probably need to sweep. Certainly have to win the series to have a chance. Might be tough in his park. We are closer to the WC where we're back 2 to Big A. We have the tie breaker (currently) with both of those teams. And, we can't forget about Smokey who is only one behind me and 3 behind Big A. I believe we have tie breaker on run differential with Smoke.

Down to the wire with six teams definitely in it and Semper with an outside chance if he gets super hot.

Had a little mini-slump as was starting to get worried. Should be good with 8 up and 12 to go.

Stones, it would take a collapse of Phillies proportion (I'm sure you know what I mean) for you not to make it at this point.

No mention of late season collapses I'm a Met's fan after all. ;)

Interesting! Thanks Joe! My own feeling is that I have been lucky with respect to injuries. Turner has hardly been injured at all. That's been a big break for me. I realize I've had a decent dose of other player injuries, but Turner is so important to this team, the lack of injuries for him has been huge. Cuddyer missing "only" 23 games has also been a good break for me.

Thanks GB. Yeah, I think there is something wrong with my injury calcs but I don't have time to figure it out.

Well, we managed to win two tonight but if not for blowing a 1 run lead in the bottom of the 9th and leaving the bases juiced in the 11th we could have had a HUGE sweep. Winning the series keeps us in the running for the division however, especially having the tie breaker. Still, we'll take it. Three back of Niners with 9 to play. Going to be tough, but there's a chance. He's got six with AT and we'll need some help from the Underdogs.

Also three back of Big A who swept Smokey tonight. We are rooting hard for the other teams in the division to help us out.

Dang AT, you couldn't have won even one game tonight? That's OK as long as you don't do any better against us tomorrow. ;)

Spider, if you want to win some games against NP I won't hold it against you. 8-)

We also didn't gain anything against Big A. Three back with six to play. Going to be tough. We may have to win them all and that might not be enough. :(
