PRIOR TO 2023 season, yes. The theme of this league is to simplify things without prospects or minors, just existing cards,
or planning for next year's set of cards in terms of draft position, roster makeup etc. The drops will be much different after season two.

1) A non-serpentine free agent draft of at least 18 and up to 20 rounds, will be held each year shortly after SOM cards are released and after season one.. Draft order is determined by the previous season won/loss records. Worst to first, NFL style.
