Should these rule changes be instituted? Since we are currently playing with 11 managers, 7 votes are needed to pass. I'll vote if needed.

1. Change from Leashed to Unleashed (for 2025)
2. Change from needing a card in the current set for FA and Supp. Drafts to....anyone who has appeared in a MLB game prior to the current season. (for 2025)
3. Change the Supplemental Draft (which occurs in early October) from 2 Rd's to 1 Rd. (for 2024)

See benefit of 28 player roster, especially for teams still in playoff contention. Will provide roster protection for injuries for regular season games 142 thru 162 and entirety of playoffs.
