Question please? Does the player need to be carded in the 2023 set or just have appeared in the 2022 season or before to be available? My keeper league rules are blurring together. Example would be someone that was injured for the 2023 season but played in 2022.

Yes, a player who was injured in 2023 but played in a previous year is eligible to be drafted.
