Willing to deal my supplemental pick for a reliever or a pick in one of next year's drafts.

I propose two rule changes

First, given the predilection for time slots that emerged this year, this clarification for vote:

5) There is a 1 hour clock for both rounds of the Supplemental Free Agent draft.

changed to

5) There will be 1 hour [b]time slots for both rounds of the Supplemental Free Agent draft.

and again in the Supplemental draft section for comment prior to vote:

7) All owners must make their selection within three days after the day the final time slot elapses. Failing to make a selection will result in the forfeit of remaining picks.

Is that time-frame ok? I'd like to avoid having an endless draft where owners can make picks significantly after other owners.

Vote on Question One: 1 hour time slots in both rounds Supplemental Free Agent draft

Exactly. Good to get it in writing, but picks not made within a reasonable time frame should definitely be forfeited so as not to give anyone a possible advantage by allowing unclaimed players' live season stats additional time to accumulate/improve.

As far as this year's Supplemental Draft, I suggest the commissioner use his powers to set a day and time for the draft to be considered complete. For this year, I recommend Saturday night at 11:59 p.m., which would give any stragglers a more than reasonable opportunity to make their selections.

Also - When are we going to create the next league and start filling?

Should that be policy, Commish calls the start and end time of the draft?
