I wanted to give the opening round order for the Prospect draft. You may start picking. And no, there won't be a clock for Round 1.

I see what you're referring to. I quoted the relevant clause here. For our purposes it's going to be seasons plural. It may/may not have been intended that way but we're playing it as seasons plural as in two or combined. Since we did the Spring FA draft as seasons plural I think it only logical to keep it the same with the Prospect draft.

I think it's better for the league if it's combined because that way high-winning teams in season one won't fold up in season two (play backups) and reap the benefits. But if their won-loss records are combined, then not so much. And if a team struggled in the first season against a good division of teams and ended with a poor record then it's higher won-loss record vs. more average teams (as a result of first seasson record) in the second season won't hurt them so much. Because after all, they accrued that good won-loss record vs a crappy division and therefore merit higher draft pick status overall based on the two combined seasons.
