I drop Minute Maid Park

To clarify .The prospect draft to include all players who have not had a strat card ever issued up to and including the 2014 MLB season.

Prospects would include minor leaguers with no MLB games played , and major leaguers making their debut in this the 2015 MLB seasons and uncarded players with experience In 2014 or before.

Per the rules: "prospects are those players who have never received a card"

They must be under contract as of the start of the prospect draft and it does not matter whether they have ever had any MLB experience or not. The Strat card status is the key determinant.
