Can we please determine the draft order for the prospect draft? I don't know if it was ever resolved if it be based on record or random, but if random, it would be helpful to determine it NOW as it may play into deals people may make.

mostly looking for early rd FA picks & 1st/2nd rd prospect picks (in the current drafts only) as well as young players/pitchers (either SP or RP)
