Also, I would like to find a way to bolster my starting pitcher rotation in this year. I could make a deal which trades future value for current good card, for a starting pitcher. I could also trade prospects for a starting pitcher with a good card. In theory I could trade FA picks, but I traded some away already. I also have prospect picks that I could deal. Of course, the players listed above can be traded as well. Carlos Ruiz could be attractive as a short-term solution for a team that needs a catcher in this card year.
