Congrats to all of our playoff managers for our final season:
- bontomn and the White Sox led the way, with the best season ever for the team (his 4th visit to the playoffs)
- Likewise, tomwistar also led the Senators/Twins to their best season, too (in his 6th trip to the post-season)
- salmonbellies returns for the 4th time and is seeking his 3rd title
- frankmansueto returns to playoff play for the 2nd time *
* And leaves yours truly as the only manager to just get to the playoffs once

As far as the teams go, these are all veterans in post-season play. All have been there several times and, when combined, account for 7 of our 11 titles so far:
- White Sox: 7th trip, with 2 titles
- Indians, 6th trip, with 2 titles
- Younger Yanks, 5th trip, with 1 title
- Senators/Twins, 3rd trip, with 2 titles
Team and manager records have been updated at
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... edit#gid=0Thanks to this season, the White Sox and Indians tied at 96 wins for the best single-season team record. For managers, bontomn tied his own personal best at 96, where he and rookssa tied for best single-season manager record.
3 teams had more than 1,000 wins, with the Indians leading the White Sox and the Older Yanks. For managers, only 2 had more than 1,000 wins, with andycummings leading padrenurgle. BTW, Padre might have had a chance to earn that 1st spot except that he was correct that "Baltimore Sucks" -- that was the only team that never made it to the playoffs.
As far as the playoffs go, the White Sox and Royals/Brewers made it 7 times. The Rangers/Jays et al currently lead the title chase with 3, although 3 of our 4 playoff teams this season could still tie them.
For managers, padrenurgle. tomwistar, and lumberco/rookssa each got there 6 times. With 4 titles, Padre is the undisputed leader in gathering crowns.
Thanks to all for a fun round-robin event over the past 28 months, since November 2012!
