New 2013 AL Only Keeper Chat thread

I had to let Iglesias go in a different AL keeper league as well, so I feel that pain.

Rebuild year for the Lumps

If the commissioner is ok to set up a vote or a change- it would be nice to get a vote going-

i am all for being able to keep a player as one of the 30 roster spots if they lose a card year due to injury.

I never vote on rule changes in any league I am in. I don't know if I have ever lost a player to injury but with the small amount of players available and the ones you loose to the other league this rule needs to be changed. No dog in the fight here that I know of but change the rule.

It's like we all are small market teams and will not keep our FAs....
perpetually rebuilding like the twins, padres,cle, etc etc

Do we want to continue the league guys? We would be using 360 of the 470 AL carded players in the set. It is a challenging type of league, just like the NL only since our player pool is limited and we lose guys each year to the other league or other reasons.

but I guess we know how teams feel when they lose their FA...

Keep going yes- only allow for a no card to be kept and use up a roster spot-
