Wow, got lucky in game 3 tongiht 6 runs in a walkoff 9th inning!
We trailed 7-1 going to the 8th. Pujols hit a HR to make it 7-2
9th rolled a lot on our cards, and a couple off of his. Got a bases loaded triple from Gregorius. and then a 2 out bases loaded single from Machado to score a run and break the tie for a walkoff. Sorry KLX, I'm sure that one smarts.

It's been the tale of this season for me thus far.
My best RP went down for 15 games---since the pitching rule changes last year or so--with the RP, and no * SP or long inning SP either this season, I think losing your best bullpen guy for extended periods is the worst injury you can have as a general rule.
In a different league I won a semi-final game 7 just because the opponents best RP went down for 15 in game 4, and he ran out of RP innings in the 8th inning of game 7, everyone was tired--all F0, and scored 4 runs, almost all off the pitchers card in last AB.
I used to go cheap on closer and try to max out complete games, but that's no longer possible and I pay real money for a closer. Although, with all the S4/S5, I find having an even better set up guy to be as important or more than the closer.
Well I thought I could hang with Toshiro tonight. But 12 inning loss and bullpen collapse showed me that he's still in the cream of the crop here. Rats!
