Tim, thanks for all that you do to keep the league actions flowing smoothly. Trades are ok, can we go ahead and make drops now too, or are we supposed to wait for the new cards to come out before we begin to adjust rosters? I have a couple of guys that won't be getting qualifying offers, can we go ahead and let them hit the streets now ? Trainmen

Thanks for your kind words. It is most appreciated. In regards to a Drops, we start the Drops in Mid February as the new cards come out normally in the 1st Week of March and finish after the new cards come out. Ideas on some players change once the new cards come out. Some owners will post some players they are considering releasing as possible trade possibilities as everyone's needs are different. So you can do that on this a Thread. I will post an official request for a Drops in Mid February on a separate Thread for Drops. Thanks for being a member of this league and your competiveness. Are we doing a draft lottery this year? If so, is that just done on a random day prior to the draft or the day after the last day of the season?

Thanks for putting the list out.there are no vacancies that I know of. We normally do the Draft Lottery before the FA Draft. I don't like it personally. A manager makes deals for a high draft pick and does not get it because of the Lottery Number Pick of the Top 5. I'd like to put it to a vote doing away with it along with adopting or not adopting the Random Division Selection process that is available to us. I will send out an email asking for votes. Let's get the new season rolling! Thanks again Rant.

I think I've got all the questions on the board below. I'd be in favor of random divisions for the first season, but I like having season 2 be w-l derived. That keeps it interesting for everyone. So I'm putting no for my vote with the caveat that it will change to yes if it's only for the first season.
