Remember to keep all 78 or 79 of your players on one of your rosters -- and only on one of your rosters.

As before, during the first 30 games in the Majors, only injury replacements will be allowed when promoting from the lower levels. After game 30 (M), players can be demoted from (M) to (m). In such cases, though, the replacement who is promoted must have a higher salary than the one who is sent down.

Instructional league has 21 games to go. It looks like only 3 players have not yet gotten into a game:
willmurr24 - Jeff Suppan
tpiercersn - Chris Rusin
thechamp87 - Josh Tomlin

If they do not make appearances in the final 21 games here, then they will need to be promoted to the Minors and get out on the field there.

Until now, when you called up an injury replacement from the Instructional league to the Minors, you could simply drop that player from your Instructional roster. After game 141, though, neither injury replacements nor late-season call-ups can be dropped, since the Instructional rosters are locked now.

I just had 2 guys go down for long injury periods in the Minors, so I called up Hafner and Betancourt to replace them. I can not drop them in the Instructional league, but I will remove them from my lineups there and set them to avoid both LHP and RHP.

I encouraged thechamp to play Tomlin, who proceeded to throw a complete-game 2-hit victory. Who knew!?!

Chris Rusin still needs to get into a game for tpierce -- other than that, everybody has played!
