Don't we normally wait until the cards come out to do our drops for the FA draft? It certainly makes it easier in deciding what to do with prospects. E.g. Kevin Gausman . If he doesn't get a card I don't want to promote him. But If I don't promote him and he does get a card he is draft eligible, correct?
