There were 2 ties in order (DC/Niners and Rant/Rosco). Tie breaker head to head determined order.

Turtle was one player over 40 due to uneven trade, a drop should have been made at time of trade but I didn't catch it.
So although he made two supp drops, you will notice he only has one pick.

Draft can start anytime.

I believe available hitters/pitchers list is still accurate as far as who is available.

I did not add the drops to the list, however they are available.
