In the meantime, congrats to Kev on his inevitable semifinal win over Turtle’s 106 win juggernaut.
Kev awaits the winner of the other semi between Dr. P and WJS, which goes to Game 7 tonight.
Good luck all!
I went 10-2 against Kev in the regular season. He took the series in 5 games. Sadly predictable.
Ha! Being the best team has it's disadvantages. I prefer to have a team just barely good enough to get a wild Card Spot and then let Hal curse the elite teams!
Good question. By rule, we have a supplemental draft to do before the start of Season 2. As there is currently no MLB, a supplemental draft is pointless.
Some keeper leagues are waiting for MLB to return so that the supp draft can be completed. We could do this also. Let's call it Option 1.
Option 2 would be to forgo the supp draft this year and move directly on to Season 2.

What you all think?
I think we can forgo the draft unless the season does start on June 30th. However, owners/players still seem far apart on a deal.
I understand that typically the Supplemental draft is really just a way to grab a player or two that got off to a hot start in the current MLB season and they’re worth taking a shot on hoping they end up having a good year or at least better than the player(s) cut prior to supplemental draft to be able to utilize the pick(s)
I know Tanner has my 1st rd pick and would be fine moving that pick to 2021 for him if he would rather, but after falling just short of the playoffs, I feel there are a few players in the pool that would help me (or at least I hope would) in season 2. Participating in the Supplemental draft is always optional so I’d like to have it regardless just for that reason. Just my opinion of course so whatever Chris decides is fine with me
If we do have a supplemental draft I would suggest we not have to drop any players and just carry the extra players until we do our drops for the 2021 spring draft. This way those teams that are looking to next year can always take a chance on players without cutting any players that they want to utilize on their team for season 2. So in theory we will have a max 43 man rosters until next year.
