MLBphan trades 3rd pick to Heekin

Here is the problem as line 21 states in the supplemental draft rules that you can only drop 3 players. Heekin has 37 on his roster so he can only pick 3 players and he has 4 picks. He will either have to nullify his last pick or maybe he can trade it. This might need to be clarified if Heekin wants to trade his 4th pick and there is a problem doing so.

I will not change the draft order. It will need to be verified by someone else before I take my word for it.
