My apologies everyone, but I'm going to pull myself from the league. Great group and fun rules, I doubt you will have trouble finding a 12th.

sorry to report that we are going to need a replacement for Roscodog. I have updated the chat thread ads to reflect this, but if someone has an acquaintance who wants this slot let them know to speak up.

Here are my proposed "resolutions" to resolve all outstanding concerns and get us underway.

(a) we play standard cards, no unleashed, as the rules currently read
(b) we edit rules to remove percentage restrictions on roster compostion (hitters vs pitchers)
(c) we stick with 29-round initial free-agent draft due to late start
(d) no time limit for 1st round of draft, two-hour time limit for all other rounds, 10am to 10pm EDT, Monday thru Friday
(e) no team may draft more than two uncarded players in the initial free-agent draft

Can we accept these by acclamation, or are there any votes to the contrary?

Are we going to be able to trade Prospect picks?

And we can have the full 28 players on our actual team for the season, correct?

1. Simple Majority carries the vote on issues.
2. A 2 day drop dead clause where at the end of the second day the vote carries. That way we are not waiting for people to vote.

Both free-agent picks and prospect picks may be traded, but they cannot extend beyond the season immediately following the transaction date (i.e., no trading two or more seasons into the future).

I do not expect any objections at this point, but the vote will remain open until we find our 12th manager. I will post reminders as to the rules pertaining to each draft as they occur since I know we all are probably playing in multiple leagues and no two are exactly the same. I had a season start last night, for example, where I failed to recognize that team rosters were capped at 26, rather than the 28 that Strato 365 permits.

I have found a 12th manager, so I will be able to run the randomization later today once I am home. Teams assignments for the randomization will be as follows, based on the signup order.

DRAFT ORDER FOR THE INITIAL FREE-AGENT DRAFT
Here are the randomization results as generated by draftordergenerator.com. Team input order prior to randomization was the same as the order of sign-up. Confirmation emails were sent to those managers that I had addresses for. I would ask that at least two of you who received these emails verify the results I have posted below before we proceed with the first round of the initial free-agent draft.
