Until we begin assigned times Monday I'll be implementing a 3 hour wait period between picks between 10am and 10pm Eastern time.

Meaning this...Mike Z kicks us off this morning. If he hasn't picked by 1pm eastern, Michael G may go ahead and pick. If at any time 3 hours has elapsed on the time stamp between picks, we are moving on.

Assigned times still will begin Monday.

New Tim is West coast so I've emailed him that he's up when he is up and sees it. He'll have until 1pm (10am his time) since Michael G picked at 9:24
