I know I'm new to the league, but I would like to propose a possible rule change.

I understand that stadiums are only allowed to be changed through a trade. I'd like to propose that any new managers inheriting a team (as I did just last week) be allowed to select a new stadium from the available stadiums. After that selection, the only way the new manager could then change stadiums is through trades.

Not sure the process for making this a "formal" request, but would appreciate any input and discussion.
