Looks like a "leashed league" according to prior posts.

This is NOT an unleashed league.

Yeah, I know. Not an unleashed league. I play in a bunch of these keeper type formats. I think they all switched to unleashed, though this one hasn't. I also play more ATG than the 20xx leagues and forgot Anderson was a limited innings guy. I'm mad at myself. Now all I need is to be skipped during the draft and my Strat experience will be complete.
