I think it does say $200,000 in the rules but I will just go with $999,000,000 from now on. The original $200,000 rule was written when that was the max. I understand what you are saying about stacked rosters but if we wanted to have a salary cap that would need to be lower than $200,000 to be effective. In a 24 team league I doubt if anyone will get close to $200,000.
