for what it is worth last year I thought that one draft position was going to be stacked (that is to say that the person who choose to start at D for example (3rd base if I recall) would be sitting pretty ) but it didn't turn out that way at all.

After another verification, I don't think we should exchange CF with LF. The person with the K slot would have Trout and Kershaw or Scherzer (not bad !). My 2 cents
Putting the range-5 guys into the wid card draft is a good move. Along with beefing up the quality of that draft, it also balanced out the number of superstars available per franchise:
