I just thought I would also post this here (I posted it on the main thread in the ATG forum), in case anyone missed it:

"A pleasant update:

This is going to be a very nice league, credits wise, despite the fact that only the division winners make the playoffs (as it was between 1969 and 1993):

Division winners - 1 credit each
World series loser - 1 extra credit
World series winner - 2 extra credits

plus

the 4 teams with the best records in the entire 24 team league who *don't* make the playoffs will be awarded 1 credit each. For the purposes of these 4 extra credits, the standard strat tie-breakers will be applied, which are (1) head-to-head record, or in the event of a three way tie, divisional record, (2) total run differential for all games played, or (3) random selection.

(For these extra credits, I'm essentially donating the extra credits that I won in my first 2 PC tourney teams (a small brag there), with thanks to all of the great strat gamers who have been mentors to me over the past 8 years!)."
