Around Wrigley Field was nuts.

I attended 30 or so games per season @ Jacobs Field from 1994 - 2008 before the move to Chicago -- catching 20 games a year via shared season tickets.

Saw 1995 and 1997 series games which was a blast but nothing like the Wrigley games.

Just returned from Games 3 & 4 at Wrigley - scalper tickets ran $4,000 on Friday night. Stood near Arod and Frank Thomas before they got on the air. Wanted to see Pete Rose but I heard he was charging to stand near him.

Wished I could catch Game 6 @ old Jacobs Field.

More likely Pete was having a lottery to stand near him.

Stoney has traded his next pick (Rd 10) to me for Andre Ethier.

What's worrying me about NLD 43 is that I've only missed out on two guys I was hoping to get - Betts and Matt Duffy. If nobody wants the guys I'm picking, I could be in for a terrible season.

Why is it that the last NLD season draft seems upside down?

I had to work twice as hard to snag either Joe's guys or the relatively dark horse players?

I don't follow Semp, what do you mean upside down? This late in the season are there still dark horse players?

Spider, I wouldn't worry about whether guys want your players as much as missing the guys you want. I looked at a couple of guys early on that you took before I could get around to it so......
