I'll open the prospect question up for a vote. I think we should still keep the cap of 10 prospects...that does not change. This would be a one-time extension. Prospects drafted this year have the normal 2-year life cycle before they must be promoted.

Voting on: do we extend prospect eligibility by one year for all existing prospects? If yes, this means you do NOT need to promote your 2019 prospects for this upcoming season for 40-man considerations. 2019 drafted prospects will be moved to 2022, 2020 drafted prospects to 2023.
