Question about this trade between me and Zim (I didn't think about until now).

So I get his 3rd round pick, does that mean he draft one less and I draft one extra (is that allowed?) If not I need to send him a pick back?

If this is pre-cuts it shouldn't make a difference, if it's post cuts then the team getting the 3rd round pick, will forfeit their last pick, and the team traded away the 3rd rounder gets a supplemental pick at the very end of the draft make their roster legal.

I never understand why people involved in these types of deals, don't get the math involved and include the last pick that would be forfeited.
