Is there a list of the players that are the "unleashed" players?

I downloaded both the "standard" and "unleashed" sets but they both seem the same - with all the cards in there.

Also, in the Player Set Browser, choose the 2024 Unleashed set. Then, hit the drop down in the player search box. You can check a box to filter only the Unleashed players.
