The Kansas City Royals debuted in 1969. The Athletics' final season in KC was 1967. So, any player who has a KC season in 1967 or earlier is property of the Athletics. Lew Krausse, Joe Grzenda, Jack Aker, Roger Repoz, and Phil Roof are the 5 players who I am aware of who are KC Athletics and not Royals.

Just a thought for all. Since we can't trade players rights, lets have 5-7 days between waivers and the start of the season to facilitate trades?? Perhaps the commish can load last in the west to ensure this (or I will). And with that.......

An important point of clarification from the commish, please:

Following the auto-draft and throughout the season, I am assuming that we can only pick up free agents who either have at least a year with one of our two franchises or we picked up in a trade. We may not pick up other players from the free agent list. This would mean that all players who are carded only to one franchise are off limits (except through trade) to other managers.
