Agreed. There are still quite a few emails not in the google doc though.

If everyone is ok with an end of the day update to the google doc then I will update it every night. If someone wants to take over the updating while I am on vacation, I can provide editing access privileges to that person. Either way works for me. And yes, I am still waiting on a few people for contact information.
