Can't you draft him both ways??---though I'm sure he probably couldn't DH for himself--and Strat couldn't handle the hitters card on the bench when he was pitching anyway--he'd probably PH for somebody while he's pitching.

Strat certainly has to create a super duper hitting card for him better than the likes of Orel Hershiser

Typically SOM treats him as one, no different than ATG withe multiple years of certain players, you can only draft one. If you own him as a pitcher and want him to DH, you have to drop him & pick him back up.

As I mentioned, and as Keith just pointed out, I see it no different than dropping a player for another player.

Yeah, it was funny that it didn't come up. We just discussed whether you could use him both ways, not whether someone else could pick him.

No one else can draft the Pitcher Ohtani. He can only be used either as a Pitcher or as a Hitter, but not both.

Uh, Ok. I went to mark him as not-draftable as a pitcher, but it gave me a weird message so I'm not going to try it. We'll just have to know.
