We will have a deadline of next Sunday March 2nd at 6pm Eastern time for Prospect promotion or release. If no posting is listed by owner, Prospects will be released into the proper pool

Once their prospects are dropped to the FA or prospect pool do the missing owners then have the chance to cut their roster to 25-30 or are they dropped from the league? If the former, how long do they have to pare their roster? If the latter, does the new owner get the prospects back?

Part 1 was prospects...once done with that we'd have another deadline for roster drops. A lot of guys doing all at once which makes it easier on me
