Also, is the limit for the number of prospects allowed on my roster 10? I have 7 non-carded prospects right now, so I could draft 2 more and still have room for 1 more (e.g. by trade).

Sorry Geoff, just saw this.

Yes they must be dropped.

I don't see anything in original rules stating maximum # of prospects. I don't see a need for it unless someone feels differently. They aren't promoted until carded in the online game so there may be some guys that last on a roster longer than others.

I would like to do away with the prospects all together since it would give us a few more FA cards to choose from each year, but I digress! :D

Did anyone post on a forum or anywhere the injured players they were putting back on their roster? At some point, Harvey was removed from a roster, but I don't recall seeing on the forums where he was added back on. I update my spreadsheet meticulously based on forum posts. It's possible I might have missed something, but what's our consistent practice with respect to communicating this type of thing?

There were a few guys pulled off that were kept after rule change and added back to rosters

He was not on list of availables sent out 2 days ago

Is there a list of guys that were put back on rosters? I have been scouring all out forums and the most recent transaction info I can find for Harvey is on the Googledoc where he was cut from MichaelGrammes's team in 2015.

Not being on the clock yet and with obvious problems communicating which dropped players were added back onto rosters, I don't think it was fair/right to be skipped, especially so quickly.

Every other kind of transaction needs to be posted on the league threads. I watch the league threads and update my available players lists accordingly. I am sorry I made a mistake, but hope there is some understanding here.

I will try to check in once more before lunch, but my availability will be spotty today. Busiest week of the year at work.

I agree you shouldn't have been skipped this early. Working myself though so couldn't post for Tim to hold off until you repick.

Guys,

I'm sure we're all on the same page that the first round is a little early to be skipping someone. Right, wrong or indifferent, feel as though Cal should've been able to make his repick prior to moving on.

Yes, part of me is thinking we should've used the list I sent out (albeit no argument from me that it's not always 100%) the other part of me knows I don't use the available list other commissioners send out since I feel I keep pretty good tabs on players plus it's the 1st Round with no clock.

I'm sure there will be some debate about it, but going to have Tim K and Ghost repick at this point.

I'll make the adjustments to the Draft board.

Notes on Assigned Time slots for those of you new to the league or a refresher for everyone else

Assigned times are 1 hour time slots beginning at 10am Eastern Time each day

For example:
Owner "A" is in the 10am-11am time slot. Once Owner "A" has made his pick (it can obviously be made prior to that if owner chooses) the next owner may pick (in this case Owner "B") even if it's before Owner "B"s time slot of 11am-12pm.

IF Owner "A" (or any owner) doesn't make their pick by the end of the assigned time slot, they are skipped and the next owner may make their selection since their time slot is now up. The skipped owner may post their selection at any time to get caught up.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The last time slot holder of the evening (9pm-10pm) MUST make their pick by 10pm or they can be skipped as well. This isn't like the "Clock" some of you are used to.

p.s. - If you have back to back picks, you will need to make both picks in your hour time slot
