Perhaps, but you didn't give Aoki much of a chance. I think he might have helped your OB which is where you're hurting the most in terms of offense. Revere? Not sure that was the answer. Guess we'll see.

Joe in 220 AB's in this league Aoki has a .177 BA, .245 OB%, and a .250 SLG %....that's a pretty decent sample size of sucking. What was left in RF was awful so I went with a 1 range guy (despite the weak arm) to at least improve my D if I wasn't gonna get offense.

Doesn't matter what I do anyway because the gods certainly aren't on my side in this version of the NLD...i'd rather have a negative 100 run differential at this point and totally suck then to be positive and suck. Such a tease.

I hear ya dude, my last few NLDs have been very frustrating for me (ask anyone ;) ) I didn't realize someone else had Aoki before you. Just saw that he had only 34 PAs for you. That ain't many. He should be much better than he's played. That's for sure.

Done with inter-divisional play. 36 games, 12 with each team in your division to decide who's going to make the playoffs. (Some teams have a few more interdivisional games)

East - Dead heat. Both teams are likely to make the playoffs however as they hold a 9 game lead in the WC division.

Central - All four teams within 5 games. Corky has the biggest hill to climb, but the best division record.

West - Looks like GB and Jeep will be battling it out. Stoney has an outside chance.

I'll see if I have a chance tomorrow to update the ratings/luck. I see that DJ made some moves. What's up DJ?

Sorry I haven't chimed in much here, I've been busy with a bathroom remodel among other things. Also, I started one of my theme leagues...was going to hold off this season but made it a go after all.

Went thru a brutal stretch here, and although I haven't been playing great I am in position to hopefully make it interesting these last couple of weeks.

I reverted back to my original RH LU from opening dy and I took off at that point. Makes me think the LU tweaking I did I shouldn't have done. Within one game of GB now, I'm feeling better.

Long way to go however

Well, still one game lead and we play at your place tomorrow. I think it's going to go down to the wire for sure. We have 9 more against each other. Six in your park.

I have my team up running the bases all games (210 SB). How much do you think is this a factor in our success?
