20th Century Keeper League :: 1990s and beyond

JF waited until this morning to post his keeper, so that he could get the top position in the draft -- which is perfectly legal under the current rules.

At the same time, he PM'd me yesterday with an idea to block that kind of move in the future:

How about a rule to avoid this kind of situation and to avoid a person making his drops, and then seeing what other do and then modifying, and the another person modify, etc.

The rule is simple:

As we're only 6 managers, we would state our keepers in the order of our W/L records from best record to the worst. Once we posted our keepers, there's no coming back...

Shall we adopt this new rule for all future drafts?

I have been distracted this weekend and truth be known I am blissfully unaware of the idiosyncractic aspects of the sundry leagues of which I am a member . How ,might I ask did the ever wily Jlatour obtain the first pick? Please do not tell me that keeping J Judge is costing me the one pick .If so I retroactively vote to change the rule as this is a retro league.
What has kept me distracted you may ask .I will tell you anyway. Visited my sister whose three daughter,my nieces one a God child , had three babies,one each ,one in December,one in January and one this week .All boys and at grandma's they all came together for the first time.
I saw a hockey line ,the girls dad saw a rock band ,one of the grandfathers said his grandson looked to be favoring his left hand at the tender age of 120 hours and looked to be a southpaw,maybe he knows something he was a mlb pitcher for a dozen years,not sure if he has an online strat card,Neil Heaton pretty nice guy.

I remember Heaton I want to say Indians?

I looked him up: SP/RP with over 200 MLB starts -- that's pretty damn good!
