Come on!

Aaron Hicks is primed for a breakout bench player season. He'll surprise you with his sharp bunting and deft base path awareness skills.

I bet Joe covets Aaron for his team. Would round out that SS situation nicely!

Just kidding Semper! There are a couple of your guys I like on a value basis!

Jeez these waiver periods are too looooong!

I bet Jake Elmore wants a raise now.

Jake Elmore better be careful with his demands. ;) He's easily replaced. 8-)

On the presumption that you didn't draft Jake Elmore - who did you lose out?

If you did draft Jake, are you leveraging him for your back-up CA?

Didn't draft Elmore, not sure I want to say who it was that I wanted however. Maybe someone will cut him if they dont' think someone else wants him! 8-)

Great idea. I'll be sure to keep Pennington employed and happy for a few more days.

Yes indeed. Believe it or not Miggy (among others) switches teams pre-waivers!

Southern Accents traded:
Cabrera, Miguel ($11,350,000)
Ellsbury, Jacoby ($6,580,000)

to Ottawa Instigators for:
Ortiz, David ($8,050,000)
Beltre, Adrian ($8,330,000)

Jeep's waiver wire moves loom large with the Southern Accents four deep at 1B and lacking an everyday CF.

DH: Ortiz (takes advantage of the BPHR 1-16 roll)
1B: Gonzalez
3B: Beltre (saves $3M over Miggy)

LF: Moss (3e)
CF: Open
RF: Beltran (4e)

??: Trumbo

ArrylT's left in a similar situation with pool of CF and RFs -

1B: Cuddy / Lucas platoon
2B: injury platoon
3B: Miggy (playing in BPHR: 1-7 roll versus BPHR 1-13)

LF: Ethier / LHP platoon open
CF: Ellsbury
RF: Pence or Venable?

DH: open
