I'm working on my revised list. lot of No Cards with no cards in the future. I can see just having 10 picks, but carrying dead weight with no future purpose is not feasible. Any thoughts?????

For the 2017 season, you are required to load 24 players into the game engine. When you drop 10 of your current 28, you will have 10 picks in the draft.

Do you have 14 active cards on your roster? If so, then 14 + 10 = 24, and you can meet the minimums.

Of the 13 players you dropped, these four have cards in 2017. You need to choose at least 3 of them to put back on your team. That would leave you with 10 drops and 18 players left on your roster.
