Teams2 League

In addition to having to play the season in one of our 2 franchises' stadiums, I think it would be really cool if we made our team names out of some combination of the names of the 2 franchises. I have done 2 of these 2 franchise leagues in the past, and the team names are always cool with a little creativity. My 2 previous inventions: the New Philayorkia Yankillies, and the Deepindahearta Crabcakes (Rangers and Orioles).

My team, the Houstasota Astwins, are ready to go. Shall I create a league or does the commish have a certain divisional breakdown in mind?

I figure that the league specs are

-- 5-10-20 drop

Does that sound correct?

I thought that since the free agent pool is smaller, we didnt escalate the drop price.

I haven't created a new league in awhile and I didn't realize that was an option, but I agree it would be better not to have an escalating free agent salary cap drop.

It appears that we have the option of having a 10% drop throughout the season or one that escalates from 5% for the first 41 games to 10% for the next 41 games, then goes to 20%. I would prefer the latter because I try to make most of my moves early and take advantage of the 5% drop period. Unfortunately, there is no option of setting a non-escalating drop penalty at 5%.
