Good job guys explaining the rules to newcomer Hackra; I just wish to clarify one thing; if in fact someone picks the Marlins, they will have the rights to Derek Lee( because the Cubs did not get picked) and they may use either one of his cards and can pick him up immediately. They do not have to wait until first game is played.
